1 lemon (grated and squeezed)
6 Dulkre sachets ;)
1/2 cup of oil
1/4 cup of skimmed milk
1 cup of whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Step by step
Heat the oven to mid-temperature
In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks with Dulkre sweetener 🙂and lemon grating.
Then add the liquids: oil, milk, and lemon juice.
Now add the flour and baking powder (previously sifted), plus the poppy seeds.
Whisk with love until you reach a uniform mixture.
Finally, gently pour the mixture into a greased pudding or silicone mold. Bring the mixture into the oven for 30 minutes approximately. To make sure it is ready, prick it with a fork or stick: it must be dry when taken out.
