🍋Lemon Pudding Cake🍋

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 lemon (grated and squeezed)

  • 6 Dulkre sachets ;)

  • 1/2 cup of oil

  • 1/4 cup of skimmed milk

  • 1 cup of whole wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

  • Poppy seeds


Step by step

  1. Heat the oven to mid-temperature

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks with Dulkre sweetener 🙂and lemon grating.

  3. Then add the liquids: oil, milk, and lemon juice.

  4. Now add the flour and baking powder (previously sifted), plus the poppy seeds.

  5. Whisk with love until you reach a uniform mixture.

  6. Finally, gently pour the mixture into a greased pudding or silicone mold. Bring the mixture into the oven for 30 minutes approximately. To make sure it is ready, prick it with a fork or stick: it must be dry when taken out.
