Ingredients
1 egg white
35 grams of oats (I used flakes)
1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of peanut butter (you can use oil too)
1 tablespoon of baking powder
3 Dulkre sachets ;)
Step by step
Preheat the oven to 325 F
Mix all the ingredients. Form dough balls and place them in a baking tray (I used silicone, but you can also use baking paper)
I used chopped nuts to decorate. Place the tray in the preheated oven.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Yields 6 cookies
