Ingredients

  • 1 egg white

  • 35 grams of oats (I used flakes)

  • 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (you can use oil too)

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

  • 3 Dulkre sachets ;)



Step by step

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F

  2. Mix all the ingredients. Form dough balls and place them in a baking tray (I used silicone, but you can also use baking paper)

  3. I used chopped nuts to decorate. Place the tray in the preheated oven.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes.

  5. Yields 6 cookies
