Cook without salt or low sodium salt variants. Avoid high sodium foods (except for vegetables) such as dried foods, canned foods, purees, soups, instant soups, cold cuts and sausages, dressings such as mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, and soy sauce; butter and margarine; snack products and ready-to-eat meals.


✅Avoid bringing the saltshaker to the table.

✅Reduce caffeine consumption

✅Use cooking methods such as the oven, grill, and broiler, enhancing and preserving food flavor.

✅ Use aromatic herbs to improve your preparations' taste (bay leaf, rosemary, thyme, tarragon, cumin, oregano, etc.)
